The New Mama Expo is FREE. Pre-register here or you can walk-in and register at the event.

No, this is not possible. You will need a unique email address to register but only one person in a family needs to register.

The Entertainment Zone is the heart of fun at the New Mama Expo! It’s where all the action happens–from exciting meet-and-greets, mama meet-ups, and interactive workshops, to the much-awaited edamama Kids Talent Show!

Yes, but we also encourage you to bring your own eco bags.

Bringing in of food and drinks purchased outside the SMX building is not allowed. No worries, we have food and drinks concessionaires in the venue.

Yes, but please ensure your pets are inside a stroller, and wearing diapers and leash for safety and security purposes. 

Note: The pet owner is liable for any accidents their pet causes, especially if it results in injury or damage to others. Pet owners have a legal duty of care to prevent their animals from harming others and must take reasonable steps to secure their pets and prevent them from being a danger. Failure to do so can lead to the owner being held responsible for resulting damages.

Yes! You can redeem up to 3 cash vouchers worth 200 pesos each.

Terms and Conditions:

1. 200 beans is the fixed amount that can be redeemed

2. Valid at all booths except food and influencer booths

3. Maximum of 3 vouchers can be redeemed per customer

4. Beans cannot be combined with other beans or discount coupons. 

How to redeem?

1. Proceed to the centralized cash counter before shopping to exchange your beans for a shopping coupon.

2. Show your edamama account details on the app for verification.

3. If eligible, 200 beans will be debited from your account by edamama staff. 

4. Receive a unique shopping coupon and use it at any participating merchant booth.

Purchase from December 5-7, 2025 with a *minimum spend of at least P5,000 worth of products at New Mama Expo 2025 from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM daily at the SMX Convention Center Manila.

*Only transactions made from participating merchants are eligible for Bean Bag redemption, food concessionaires are not included.

*Customers must have the edamama app downloaded and must answer the Customer Feedback Form to be eligible for the bag

Yes, there will be a raffle!

Mechanics:

• How to earn a raffle entry:

  • ₱2,000 minimum spend online or in-store = 1 Raffle entry 

  • ₱2,000 minimum spend in NEW MAMA EXPO = 2 Raffle entries
    

For Expo: Claim your raffle stubs at the Redemption Booth located near the exit. Be sure to fill out all the required information to be eligible for the raffle.

For Online: Transactions above the P2,000 min. spend will automatically be recorded as an entry.

For Offline: Customers who purchased over P2,000 will be advised by the cashier. They are eligible to join the raffle as long as they provide a contact number or email.

Terms & Conditions:

Items purchased during the expo are required to be inspected before checkout. 

You may return the product within 7 days from the time the item is purchased/delivered, under any of these circumstances:

• Product is damaged

• Product is defective

• Size/color does not match item ordered

Items not allowed for exchange, refund and replacement are the following categories: breastfeeding, reproductive health, food & nutrition, and other items considered as intimates & for hygienic purposes.In the case that you want to exchange your item/s and it is covered by our return policy, please reach out to us here! Yes! The breastfeeding area is beside edamama booth inside the event Hall 4.

The diaper changing table is inside the PWD restroom. There are a total of four (4 ) PWD restrooms at the SMX Manila. two (2) at the ground floor and another two (2) at the 2nd floor.
